Providing a cost effective means of helping staff who are affected by redundancy to commence and optimise their search for a new role.
We provide a highly personal, tailored service to each of our clients, with each member of the team accessible by video call facilities, direct line and mobile telephone numbers as well as direct e-mail and team mailbox addresses. On-site support is also available if required.
To smooth any changeover from existing provision, as part of service take-on we arrange familiarisation meetings with key people in our client organisations and our nominated HR Consultants to ensure that we fully understand the organisation and any local requirements. During this familiarisation period, we make sure that we get to know the people that we will be working with and how they need to work with us as well as finding out about any current HR issues or cases.
