Liberata’s Debt Recovery Solution (Static Debt) speeds up the collection of aged debt. We can collect all types of debt: from council tax and business rates debt to housing benefit overpayments, social care and sundry debt. Based upon our latest projects, we would expect to collect up to 20% of the most recent debt and recover just over 5% of money owed for over 10 years.

Alongside some of Liberata’s Income Maximisation services, such as Empty Homes, Business Rates and Single Person Discount Reviews, our Aged Debt Recovery solution will generate additional revenue for the council (and this is based upon the retention rates for each type of debt). Our Static Debt Service can be procured quickly and simply via the Government’s G Cloud 13 Framework.
