Simple and fast procurement with G Cloud 12

As you may already know, G-Cloud is a framework to allow simple, fast and painless procurement of products and services for the UK public sector. We have managed to increase the number and breadth of our services available using this framework. G Cloud 12 will go live on Monday 28th September with the following services:

  • Anytime – our expert revenues & benefits processors available to you to support your in-house teams with backlogs or unexpected fluctuations in workloads
  • Universal Credit Automation – to remove manual intervention by up to 80% when processing new Universal Credit claims
  • HR & Payroll solutions – we currently process over 1 million payslips per month
  • Finance & Accounting Services – including managed services for accounts payable / accounts receivable; our innovative Duplicate Invoice Recovery service; Direct Debit solutions; BACS Bureaux and Payment solutions
  • CloudTools to monitor and support remote workers and provide better citizen access and information
  • Single Person Discount reviews to identify and remove fraudulent claims
  • Empty Homes reviews to identify properties no longer empty and maximise eligibility for New Homes Bonus payments
  • Business Rates reviews – to identify and validate new or additional rateable value
