Liberata continues to deliver market-leading Revenues & Benefits services to our local authority partners. 

Working across six very different councils, in terms of the time taken to process new benefit claims, in 2022 – 23 we have managed to ensure that all these councils are in the top 25 of all local authorities and the performance is significantly above the National Average of nearly 20 days.

Looking at the final quarter for 2022 – 23, the performance is even better, with each council’s National Ranking being within the top 20!
