This week the Public Sector Executive, an independent management magazine for local authorities, the civil service and government bodies, has published their Feb/March edition which covers the new Prosper Together partnership between Burnley Council and Liberata, entitled “Towards the ‘fully digital council’ – outsourcing for digital change”.

Helen Seechurn, director of resources at Burnley Council, and Charlie Bruin, CEO of Liberata UK, explain how the partnership will deliver complete digital transformation of the local authority’s services.
