Social value: Community impact and a greener footprint
Offering social value initiatives is a fundamental aspect of our extensive BPO services. In 2025, we backed local projects, provided bursaries, helped small businesses take practical steps on sustainability, and strengthened our environmental management.
Community grants that change lives
Working with councils and local charities, we funded ten community grants focused on immediate, practical support. Projects ranged from wellbeing and mental health groups to advice drop-ins and cost-of-living help, giving smaller organisations the capacity to reach more families.
In Waltham Forest, community funds made it easier for grassroots groups to keep vital services running during periods of rising demand.
Small businesses taking practical steps

Alongside the London Borough of Bromley Council, we partnered with Greener & Cleaner to launch Sustainable Start for micro and small businesses. Participants received consultancy, networking, and Carbon Literacy training to identify low-cost, high-impact actions. A peer-led celebration and awards event will share what worked and encourage others to act.
Environment and reporting councils can trust
We advanced our environmental management by completing ISO 14001 Stage 1 and planning Stage 2 for early 2026. Our long-term goal is a 100 per cent reduction in direct carbon emissions by 2040.
In 2025, we improved the quality of our greenhouse gas data across scopes 1, 2, and 3 and took practical steps, including introducing electric and hybrid vehicles and Cycle to Work schemes, renewable energy procurement, heating decarbonisation, reducing travel where appropriate, and greater reuse and recycling.
