A recent report from TechMarketView titled ‘Liberata aiming for success via BPaaS and Automation’, highlights the positive strategic direction for the group, led by UK CEO Charlie Bruin.

The report covers the Liberata Group’s recent business successes, including recent wins at Burnley and Worcestershire (see here and here) and confirms its strategy for automation of government transactions, the future for CapacityGrid and explains how it is using analytics to review fraud and error across claims for Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit. It explains how together these developments position the business to ‘take advantage of new opportunities around digital transformation in the UK public sector’.
