On Monday 03rd April, we welcomed new colleagues and clients to the Liberata family – Broxbourne Borough Council, Swindon Borough Council and Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council are now part of our portfolio delivering Revenues and Benefits, Customer Services and other associated services to the citizens of these councils. With these new partnerships 102 new colleagues are either transferring from their previous employer or joining Liberata as new employees and will form an integral part of our delivery team.
The significance of this has been years in the making. The Revenues and Benefits service tower has transformed its digital service offering benefitting citizens and our clients and was key to securing these new partnerships. In addition, Liberata has the ambition to grow in all our core service areas including Payroll, Finance and Accounting, Middle Office, Customer Services and Revenues and Benefits in the coming years. The platforms that we have created ensure we have a solid foundation to continue to be curious and innovate within the services we deliver.
“With an additional 102 talented individuals joining us I am confident this will further enhance what we can deliver to our clients and the citizens we serve. This is an exciting phase for the company and for all of us, and I am sure we will embrace the opportunities it offers”. Charlie Bruin, CEO Liberata.
