Liberata have today contributed two thought-provoking innovations to The Times Special Report on Public Sector IT. In seeking to help government achieve more with less through efficient re-use of initiatives that have been proven to work for both local and central government, the article aims to address a common theme of efficiency ahead of the Strategic Spending Review which the Chancellor will announce on 25th November 2015. The article argues that by using operational insight to join up data, government can re-use good process, technology and systems to reduce the workload, automate administration and release an innovation dividend.
