Laura Powell – Payroll
Laura has been described as a steady source of support, encouragement, and motivation across multiple teams. Whether proofreading an important message or offering timely advice, Laura creates space for others to feel seen, supported, and heard.
She’s helped rebuild team connection post-pandemic, championed openness and inclusivity, and supported clients with her deep subject knowledge. In fact, Laura also received two additional nominations for Expert – underlining the depth of her leadership and influence.
Curious
Tarik Anil – Payroll
Despite being new to pensions, Tarik has made an immediate impression by embracing every challenge with enthusiasm and focus.
He’s developed new technical skills, taken on responsibility with accuracy and care, and helped onboard other team members along the way. Tarik’s curiosity has translated into real growth – both personally and for the people around him.
Expert
Courtney Whitford – Payroll
Courtney’s calm and consistent professionalism makes her a trusted expert in every sense. She supports colleagues and clients with confidence, precision, and care – always delivering to a high standard.
Her recent handling of a Councillor enquiry received praise from Bromley client Pete Turner, who recognised her “usual professional approach.” That consistency and commitment is exactly what defines Expert at Liberata.
