Jonathan Watts

HR Director

Jonathan joined the company in 2003 and has held a number of senior HR roles in the public and private sector. He leads all HR functions in the business, maintaining positive employee relations. Jonathan holds an BA(Hons) an MSc in Strategic HRM and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He is married with three children.
