    Putting theory into practice

     

    To meet a client’s urgent acquisition programme Liberata recently surveyed, valued, negotiated and agreed terms to acquire 45 residential and commercial properties within 10 weeks. The total value of the acquisition programme in 2009/10 is close to £3m.

     

    Liberata managed the disposal of £1m of surplus property within 6 months, for a client who had insufficient resources to dispose of assets over the previous 4 years.

     

    A comprehensive accommodation review allowed a client to release rented office space and dispose of satellite offices, reducing operating costs and resulting in significant capital gains through asset disposal.

  • Architectural and Design Services successfully delivered a client’s annual capital programme of £8.5m with much improved satisfaction level of 92%, rising from just under 50% 
  • A comprehensive accommodation review allowed one of our clients to reduce costs by £0.19m per year and release £0.51m of assets through disposals
  • In 2009/10 Liberata managed a client's property portfolio comprising 1900 assets, 600 buildings valued at £116m, with 2000 repair orders processed each year
