Print & Design

Liberata’s Design & Print team develop creative concepts and design solutions to meet our clients’ communication and marketing needs. Utilising existing brand guidelines or developing new ones, the team create various materials including, but not limited to, product/informational brochures, flyers, annual reports and exhibition materials which can be used across a wide range of media.

How your project is delivered:

  • We assign a dedicated account manager to you, acting as your single point of contact for the commissioning of the project. To ensure the final product meets your needs, a detailed brief is agreed between the commissioner and the account manager prior to the start of the creative process
  • The creative process involves the designer conceptualising the material to meet the brief with an innovative approach, to ensure the delivery of high impact products. You will receive two or three concepts for each brief. The chosen concept is then developed in consultation with you to deliver the best result
  • Depending on the quantity, finishing requirements, deadline and budget, the Design & Print team will commission and manage the print production for each product. For higher volumes, or specific finishes, Liberata may project-manage the promotion through selected third party suppliers that match the environmental credentials required
  • The majority of jobs can be completed within 24 hours, although this can be slightly longer if it requires colour work.
  • Liberata’s e-services team host and manage websites receiving over 30m page views each year
  • More than 1,000 design projects are handled annually, from major corporate identity changes to adverts
  • Major contracted clients include the Local Government Association, the Improvement and Development Agency, Local Government Employers and the Leadership Centre for Local Government
  • The audience for a multitude of regular products include 25,000 opinion formers - councillors and officers - in England and Wales. D&P designs the LGA's weekly magazine 'first' with a turnaround of two days
  • Other clients include Local Partnerships and one-off projects for government departments such as Communities and Local Government and for quangos such as the Environment Agency
  • The newly equipped digital print facility prints at speeds of 135 copies per minute
