Liberata’s contract with Luton Borough Council goes live

Liberata recently signed contract with Luton Borough Council for the provision of a Revenues and Benefits overflow call centre service has now gone live. The contract, which will be run from Liberata’s Shared Service Centre in Barrow, will build on the steps the council have recently taken to provide residents with an enhanced customer experience.
Nick Griffin, Head of Customer Services, for Luton Borough Council, said: “Working collaboratively with Liberata has been a great experience, and the professionalism of the team has been a credit to Liberata. I am really looking forward to next year, and working with Liberata to take our service to the next level.”
Vijay Chandiramani, Liberata Regional Director, said: “We are delighted at this milestone and would like to congratulate the teams from Luton Borough Council and Liberata in making this happen. I am confident that Liberata will add value to the council and contribute to their objective of enhancing customer experience.”
