By car

• From A259 Chichester towards Bognor Regis
• Continue forward on the A259 towards North Bersted Street
• Turn left onto North Bersted Street (by the Royal Oak Pub)
• Take the first available right off North Bersted Street down Rowan Way
• Continue forward on Rowan Way. Turn right onto Ash Grove (signposted for South Bersted Business Park)
• Continue down Ash Grove. Turn Left onto Durban Road
• Continue until you reach the entrance to the car park for Durban House on the left

By train

• Nearest train station is Bognor Regis. (From the station to Durban House is approximately a one mile walk)
